Thank you for choosing Tangi Transfers. We are committed to providing you with fast and efficient service. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand the procedures and practices we follow to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and accurately.

Order Processing

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Cutoff Times: Orders received before 12:00 PM (CST) will be processed the same day; orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping Options: All orders are shipped Media Mail Ground in tubes (5-7 Business Days)
  • Shipping Costs: The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. This is a flat fee on all shipped orders. 

Tracking Your Order

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Shipments: Tangi Transfers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Reporting Damages: Tangi Transfers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Modifying Orders: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We are able to make changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
