Thank you for choosing Tangi Transfers for your DTF and Sublimation printing needs. We value your business and aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. Due to the custom nature of our work, we maintain a specific policy for returns and refunds as outlined below.
Custom Product Returns:
- All Sales Final: Given that all our products are custom-made to order, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Defective or Incorrect Orders: If your order is either defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Defective Item Returns:
- Reporting Defects: If you believe you have received a defective item, immediately contact our customer service at tangitransfers@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.
- Return Process: After you contact us, send the item to 26418 April Lane, Ponchatoula, LA, United States, Louisiana. We will inspect the returned item and if confirmed defective, initiate a refund or replacement.
Refund Eligibility:
